Knoxville Area Employment Consortium's comprised of a group of individuals, agencies, and educational institutions with the shared goal of advocating for the employment of people with disabilities. KAEC works through these representatives and agencies to advocate for employment that utilizes the individual's abilities to the fullest to provide jobs with a living wage.
